| It is nearly two years since the MacLeod Report put employee engagement at the forefront of the business agenda. For the first time it produced compelling evidence of how vital engagement is in improving the bottom line. In his presentation at Bournemouth, David outlined what engagement is and what good engagement means in terms of better business outcomes.
