Diversity comes under the spotlight

Two very different ways of tackling diversity came under the spotlight at the CiB conference in Newcastle today with representatives of a top London law firm and the UK military discussing the issues.

Stuart Morrison, internal communications manager with Allen & Overy, told delegates how his company set about encouraging and nurturing youngsters from primary school age, through secondary education and, ultimately, university, so that it could tap into a graduate talent pool that was as diverse as possible.
