Hertfordshire-based Nick Reed has written and edited award-winning publications for the past 18 years, including global magazines for GSK (winning a CiB Gold Award in 2004), Cadbury Schweppes and most recently Nycomed. He also edits newsletters for Volvo Car UK and Eisai, and is a regular feature-writer for BP publications. He won a CiB Best Freelance Award of Excellence in 2001, and was elected a CiB fellow in November 2008. Nick began his journalistic career in local radio, then worked as sports editor for a newspaper group in North London. He was a sports reporter for TVam breakfast television, and football correspondent with the Mail on Sunday for ten years, before moving into the corporate world as in-house editor for The Wellcome Foundation, one of the legacy companies of GlaxoSmithKline. A Tottenham Hotspur fanatic and regular actor in amateur theatre, he has the constant pleasure of being married to immediate past CiB chairman, Suzanne Peck, and is father to Jack and Maddie.
