Experienced internal and external communication practitioner able to provide interim support, communication consultancy or project work.
 
I have particular expertise in managing media relations, crisis management, change and merger and integration communication. I also have experience of wide range of channels. Journalist experience including editing and launching a consumer glossy; and writing for national publications on media and business.
