You will be responsible for managing corporate level content updates for the existing intranet site whilst simultaneously project managing the phased development, content production and launch of a new intranet site based on the SharePoint 2010 platform.
Some of the tasks that you will be required to carry out include:
- research into intranet best-practice
- an inventory of existing site content
- development and testing of a new navigational structure with focus groups
- CMS training for super-users
- site-wide testing and proof reading prior to launch, and
- the delivery of a comms plan to support the launch and subsequent phased developments.
To apply for the role it is essential that you have a proven track record in project managing the launch/re-launch of an intranet site. Exceptional copywriting skills and experience with SharePoint are required.
You will demonstrate confidence and professionalism when managing stakeholders throughout our geographically dispersed organisation.
A full UK driving licence is required to meet occasional travel commitments of this role.
