• Excellent planning, budgeting and strategy formulation experience; including experience of channel strategy and audience segmentation
• Planning and managing detailed qualitative and quantitative measurement, helping to evaluate internal communications and demonstrate return on investment
• Incorporating & encouraging brand values & behaviours through communications
• Excellent understanding of the financial services market
• Planning, developing and delivering complex internal communications programmes and strategies to meet defined objectives
• Leading communication initiatives to support change programmes
• Delivering issue and crisis management communications
• Coaching leaders and colleagues on their communications programmes & delivery
