A pool of senior internal communications specialists has been recruited to sit on an independent monitoring panel so that each candidate’s work receives outside assessment from industry experts before a pass or fail decision is made.
At least five different members of the pool – either IoIC fellows or other acknowledged industry experts – will be asked to monitor the results as each cohort goes through the system, along with an official IoIC representative and a member of the Knight Train & Consult team, which is administering the scheme on behalf of the Association.
