Institute of Internal Communication

IoIC is working towards the launch of two higher-level qualifications in internal communication management. After completing the Part 1 and Part 2 stages of IoIC’s professional accreditation programme, individual practitioners will have attained full proficiency as an internal communication practitioner.

Currently in development, the third tier offering will balance theory and practice and provide practitioners with a management-level qualification. This will be delivered in conjunction with a university partner. IoIC expects to provide more information on this in 2011.

IoIC also plans to introduce a fourth tier Masters-level offering in which, through research, the practitioner will make a contribution to knowledge in the field of internal communication. This will also be delivered with external academic support, through a university partnership. IoIC will progress the development of this fourth tier offering during 2011/12.
