Communications Officer Salary up to £30,950 plus benefits (37 hours per week)
Cottsway is a thriving Housing Association with over 4,500 homes based in West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds, with ambitious plans to deliver at least 750 homes in the next five years.
This is a new role for the organisation and our aim is to bring a step-change in how we communicate internally and externally, transforming the way we communicate about our services.
We are looking for someone who has a creative approach and passion for communicating, to help design and manage a cost effective corporate communications business function for Cottsway.
Working alongside our Communications Manager, you will haveexperience of creating and managing a range of digital media, publications and publicity material. Ideally this will include up-to-date knowledge of print production processes and experience of working with photographers and designers. You will also know how to harness your energy and experience to help deliver a range of external events for Cottsway.
You willhave experience of developing and delivering communications plans and of managing social media channels and websites. You will also be able to write creatively and modify your style for different audiences.
You will be good at developing productive working relationships internally and externally and be keen and able to help deliver our digital transformation programme.
