Join Beatrice Ngalula Kabutakapua, Business Storytelling Coach, for a Bitesize event - a practical workshop for internal communications professionals to work on how you can humanize yours and the company's communication while using stories.
The session will be practical and interactive, and will include:
- Why should humanising workplace is a top priority in 2022?
- What do humanised workplaces look like with stories (presenting examples)
- Storytelling in office vs virtual workplaces
- Focussing on what employees need
- The three levels of implementation: no budget, small budget, large budget
- Developing a timeline to humanise workplaces through stories: immediate plan, 3-months plan, 6-months plan
This event will take place on Zoom, joining instructions will be sent the day before the event.
