The FutureNet committee consist of internal comms professionals in the first stages of their careers. They work together with the purpose to increase awareness of internal communication as a career of choice; and to champion the importance of a more diverse and inclusive profession for the future. 
FutureNet exists in order to provide a safe space for the existing pool of emerging IC talent to connect and learn from one another.

With experience across social, PR and experiential, Abi believes that great work is only made possible through great client service. Her reverence for honesty, simplicity and content that cuts through the noise has seen her build and implement integrated comms platforms for a diverse list of household-name clients.
As AB’s head of client services, Abi’s responsible for understanding client needs, building (and sometimes challenging) the brief, overseeing delivery and evaluating performance. Other interests include dog-spotting, slow-flow yoga and eating.

Binu has a decades’ worth of experience in communications having started her career working in several global PR consultancies in India, after her graduation from Cardiff University in 2008. She spent the last five years in internal communications working at Alshaya, a major international retailer in the Middle East. In 2017, one of the company-wide campaigns she helped deliver won an Institute of Internal Communications award.

Nick Andrews is business development director at employee experience agency Sequel Group. A former chairman of the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC), Nick was a journalist on local newspapers in Essex before moving into the world of corporate communication. As part of his role at Sequel, Nick is responsible for sharing the agency’s insight on key issues via a variety of methods, including Sequel Presents, a quarterly breakfast seminar for communicators and HR professionals.
