This two-part virtual learning programme takes an in-depth look at the principles and practice of good practice communication planning in the context of organisational change, equipping participants with a robust process. The course is highly interactive, offering participants the opportunity to learn from both the course tutor, Liz Cochrane, and fellow attendees. Delivered over two live sessions and with activities to complete before and in between, this course will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to successfully plan your internal communications and give you the opportunity to put your learning into practice.

Liz managed communication for major companies within the utility and pharmaceutical sectors before moving into consultancy and training. She now combines her role as Course Director of the Masters in Internal Communication Management with being the director of a small employee research company. Liz is a Director for the Institute of Internal Communication, with responsibility for professional development (accreditation).
