to travel as part of the role and occasionally work from client offices during projects.

The Role: 
 
We are seeking an amazing Senior Digital Manager to join the team in a full-time capacity, either on an employee or contracting basis. 
 
The role will cover various client account management aspects including delivering existing client Workplace and internal comms programmes, upselling to existing clients and leading introductory sessions and demos with prospective clients. 
 
Working alongside our CTO and sales team, you will act as a true client partner to successfully deliver Workplace to clients in a range of industries, sectors and geographic locations. As such, a knowledge of or willingness to master the Workplace platform is a must. 
 
You will deliver on the deployment of and post-deployment engagement on Workplace, ensuring the client’s objectives are met and expectations are exceeded. 
 
You will help evaluate and establish robust internal comms programmes, with or without a focus on Workplace, so as to drive a people-first, collaborative culture within a client’s business. 
 
You will manage the day to day client interactions and project management – ensuring a high quality of output and that everything happens on time and on budget. 
 
You will hold introductory meetings and demos with prospective clients to share the power of Workplace, catering each session to their specific business needs, and engage stakeholders in the decision-making process – highlighting how Coolr is best positioned to support them in their journey. 
 
You will deliver written proposals to prospects and follow-up on existing upselling initiatives and sales opportunities, with the support of your colleagues. 
 
You will partner closely with the Workplace team at Facebook to continue to build on the business relationship. 
 
You will be detail-orientated – ensuring all work is delivered on time and on budget without ever compromising on quality. 
 
You will be solutions focused in approach and bring creative thinking to problem solving. 

Key Skills: 
 
  • Project Management – you will be comfortable developing, adhering to and reporting on action plans and timelines. You will be adept at delivering projects in full covering developing timelines, budget management, documentation and delivering against briefs – with a high attention to detail. 
  • Task Management – You will be able to handle multiple existing and prospective clients and prioritise your time and internal resource based on requirement.  
  • Channels – you are well versed in (or at a minimum have a strong willingness to master) the whole array of internal comms channels including collaboration platforms ( especially Workplace!) . 
  • Content – you have a track record of developing / distributing multichannel internal comms campaigns and creating content across a wide range of formats (email, newsletter, posts, etc.), with a high attention to detail. 
  • Governance and Processes – you are familiar with the challenges linked to (re)structuring a function and feel comfortable creating and documenting pragmatic internal comms processes and establishing (or building upon) policies around these. 
  • Audit – you have experience carrying out comprehensive communications reviews (using analytics, channel and content reviews, user interviews, etc.) and effectively translating findings into actionable strategic recommendations. 
  • Versatile and Hands-on – as you will often be responsible for laying the groundwork for internal comms from strategy through to implementation and will need to deliver on your short/medium-term recommendations in full. 
  • Stakeholder Management – you will feel comfortable getting feedback from and communicating to stakeholders at all levels, across a wide range of business units and countries. You will also need to build a robust network of local internal comms ambassadors within the client’s business, so as to drive the change management programme – often with Workplace at the heart. 
  • Charismatic and Social – you will build strong relationships with clients to build a position of trust. 
  • Financial – you will be comfortable working with and managing day-to-day budgets, where necessary, and liaise with Coolr’s accounts team to facilitate the payment process. 
  • Contracts – you will be comfortable developing, delivering and following-up on proposals, seeing them through to signature. You will establish contracts and agreements with clients, including supply of services and reseller agreements, and handle all contractual and financial operations that stem from these. 
 
Other: 
 
  • You will be adept at finding opportunities for upselling of products and services to existing clients 
  • You will be expected to contribute and help out with other aspects across the business – as is often the nature within a start-up 

General Skills: 
 
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to both work as part of a team and independently 
  • Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills and excellent attention to detail 
  • Computer literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint – and (ideally) Workplace! 
  • A can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile to deliver on objectives
