Communication Planning: Virtual Learning

This two-part virtual learning programme takes an in-depth look at the principles and practice of good practice communication planning in the context of organisational change, equipping participants with a robust process. The course is highly interactive, offering participants the opportunity to learn from both the course tutor, Liz Cochrane, and fellow attendees. Delivered over two live sessions and with activities to complete before and in between, this course will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to successfully plan your internal communications and give you the opportunity to put your learning into practice.

Part Two (4th Oct, 13:00 - 17:00 (BST))

  • Key principles for message creation
  • Channels: Choosing the optimum mix
  • Defining measures for outcomes and processes
  • Making it happen

Please note that we use Zoom for our online courses. Please ensure that you are able to access this system where you are based before booking your place. All times are in BST.
