Measurement & Evaluation for Internal Communication: Virtual Learning

Measurement & Evaluation for Internal Communication: Virtual Learning

This virtual training course lead by Jo Hall will expand on the knowledge, tips and best practice shared in her Making Internal Communication Measurement Easy webinar. It will equip internal communicators with the confidence to know what to measure and how to measure it, how to make good data-driven decisions and recommendations, as well as discover ways in which they can use relevant data to demonstrate the positive impact and value that internal communication adds to their organisation. Reaching beyond the basics, this course on effective measurement and evaluation will be interactive and practical to truly boost your measurement capability and credibility.

Working together over two afternoon sessions, you will experience a dynamic mix of teaching, group discussions, masterminding, small group and personal activity work using the power of virtual technology. To get the most out of the sessions, some pre-work and homework after morning one will be required.
