Knowledge Hub

As the only professional body dedicated to internal communication in the UK, we exist to help organisations and people succeed through promoting internal communication of the highest standard.

After the success of last year's inaugural Voice Live, the event where IC professionals come to talk is back.

On Tuesday 19 November, IoIC’s membership publication, Voice, is coming to life in London – and you can book your place now (details below).

Discussions on key IC topics

Voice Live is a lively, interactive event that reflects on the good, the bad and the ugly of internal comms.
We’ll offer advice, insight and caffeine – and you’ll have valuable conversations with your peers about the ideas and challenges you face at work.
This year it's at the Crypt on the Green in Farringdon, London, where you can expect:

  • in-depth panel sessions on the future of internal comms, and creating companies that people want to work for
  • one team’s challenges, successes and advice in our Inside Story case study
  • discussion sessions and interactive activities to get you to share ideas and anecdotes.
Voice magazine

Voice is the quarterly magazine for IoIC members. It launched in January 2017 and issue 12 is out in September 2019. It’s packed with research, practical guidance and opinion from around the industry and has quickly become a key tool for IC professionals, with our recent survey of members revealing it to be the top benefit of IoIC membership.

The magazine won its first award in May 2019 – best magazine launch/relaunch in the memcom Membership Excellence Awards – and followed this up with a bronze award for best association magazine at the Association Excellence Awards

The event is on Tuesday 19 November at the Crypt on the Green near Farringdon station.
The cost for this event is £295 for non-IoIC members, and £250 for IoIC members. This includes participation in all sessions throughout the day, and lunch. The event is expected to run until 5.30/6pm, with an opportunity for post-event refreshments.
