How is the course delivered?
IoIC

Delivered over 10 weeks the fully online course has a unique coaching and learning blended approach, with a combination of workshops, group coaching calls, discussion activities, and independent study directed by online content, materials and exercises.

The course includes:

  • Two one-day interactive workshops;
  • Weekly group coaching calls;
  • On-demand video content;
  • Online materials, resources and tools;
  • Directed and suggested reading;
  • Group discussion and engagement activities;
  • Independent exercises to test your understanding.

How do I access the online materials?

Online materials and resources will be released on a weekly basis and will be available 24/7 via a specialist learning platform meaning attendees can work at their own pace.

What is the time commitment for the course?

The course requires on average a time commitment of around five-six hours a week, with flexible independent learning a key part of the programme.

Please note: study hours will differ between learners and can be dependent on time taken reading, note-taking, and on exercises. The above is provided as a guide only.

Are there any assessments or exams on the course?

The course will include independent exercises to check your progress and learning, but you will not be graded. The course is a professional development coaching and learning programme, therefore the focus is on your professional development and confidence, it is not an academic or certified qualification.

When does the next course start?

The next course will start in September 2022. Students will have access to the learning platform before the course commences so they can familiarise themselves with the functions and start group introductions.

Does this course count towards my continuing professional development?

Yes, the course will provide you with 18 hours of CPD.
