IoIC has now released its detailed competency framework. We have further expanded our Profession Map following your feedback, and it now provides information on the core skills, knowledge and behaviours IC practitioners should be looking to build as they progress through their career.
The Competency Framework can be used a reference tool to help you think about where you are now and where you want to be, making the process of approaching your personal development easier, and can also used as a great tool for the new IoIC CPD Programme. It can increase clarity around performance expectations and establish a clear link between individual and organisational performance.
