IoIC London has set up a series of three events to raise awareness of employer branding and introduce a tool for internal communicators that rates an organisation's employer brand.

Every organisation that employs people has an employer brand, whether they know it, nurture it, or not. The employer brand is the essence of what makes people want to work for an organisation or drives them away, so it can't be ignored.

If the employer brand reflects what employees say about the organisation, what others say and what the organisation says about itself, two of these three are very much within the scope of internal communicators.

IoIC is keen to help you create a compelling and authentic employer brand by launching a tool that rates an organisation’s employer brand.

Three seminars have been arranged to raise awareness of employer branding and internal communicators’ vital role in developing and managing the brand. 

·         The first – in London on Wednesday July 13 - explores the latest thinking on employer branding and internal communication. More details here

·         The second, on Wednesday August 10, will be a workshop looking at the new IoIC rating tool in more detail and how to make the most of it. More details here

·         The third seminar, on Wednesday August 24, pulls all this together by looking at how to create an effective communication strategy and how the contribution of internal communicators feeds into promoting the employer brand to external audiences.

The cost will be £25+VAT for one event, £40+VAT for two or £60+VAT to attend all three for IoIC and IABC members. Non-members are welcome but must pay £40+VAT, £64+VAT or £96+VAT respectively.
