The full programme for IoIC Live 2016 is now available to download – and it features discussions, workshops and presentations by a stellar line-up.

Speakers from IBM, the Red Cross, the Foreign Office, Grant Thornton and the NHS will all feature. The event will kick off with a workshop to answer the question ‘Is internal communication dead?’ and the keynote speaker ending the conference will be Leandro Herrero of the Chalfont Project, talking about making business human.

IoIC Live 2016 is the Institute of Internal Communication’s flagship annual event and will be held in Birmingham, starting with an evening session on Thursday May 5, followed by a full day of debate on Friday May 6.

“IoIC Live will examine how we connect across our functions and audiences to bring people to the forefront and make our communication more relevant, more engaging and more human.”

“It’s a rare opportunity to re-think, re-charge, re-shape and re-connect,” says IoIC conference chair Justine Stevenson.

The theme of the event is ‘Humanising internal communication’ and she explains: “We know that people are the lifeblood of our organisations, but how often has internal communication focused more on business strategy, results and the long-term future rather than the people who do the work?

“IoIC Live will examine how we connect across our functions and audiences to bring people to the forefront and make our communication more relevant, more engaging and more human.”

Prices for IoIC members are £550+VAT for the whole event, including accommodation and meals, or £350+VAT for Friday only.
