How can you achieve a different work-life balance in a working life that is growing longer for everyone?

That will be the subject of an event in London on Thursday October 8 with inspirational speakers leading the discussion.

thefuturestory: The 100-Year Career will dive into the latest inter-generational challenges, especially work-life balance – and IoIC members can get a 50% discount on the ticket price, making the ‘early bird’ price £25 instead of £50.

Discussions will be led by speakers Jonathan Collins from The Age of no Retirement, Paula Reid (pictured below), Polar explorer and coach, and Rachael Saunders, elected councillor and director of Age at Work within the charity Business in the Community. Practical break-out sessions will enable you to apply their thinking to your professional and personal lives.

Key topics will include:
  • What does a work-life balance really mean and can it impact employee engagement?
  • How best to manage a multi-generational workforce
  • Fulfilling your bucket list one step at a time
  • How to plan for a longer and more fulfilling future personally and professionally.

When: Thursday October 8, 1:30–6pm
Where: RADA Studios, London
