Struggling to put together an award entry that shows off your work at its best? Unsure how to construct your entry, or not certain which bits are the most important?

You’re in luck! The deadline for the IoIC Awards 2016 is the end of April, so IoIC London is throwing a social event with a twist on Tuesday April 12 – just in time to make the final edits to those entries and put yourself in the best possible position to get the recognition you deserve.

You’ll hear quickfire speeches from the people best placed to share their words of wisdom on winning internal comms awards – both judges and award winners from a range of industries. You’ll then have the opportunity to network and ask questions while mingling with like-minded professionals in an informal, social environment.

Speakers will include:

  • Helen Schick (pictured), senior internal communication manager at the British Red Cross and 2015 IoIC Gold Award winner
  • Jane Lawrence, internal communications manager at Northumbrian Water Group and winner of the ICon Award for Best In-House Team in 2015. She is also IoIC’s Internal Communicator of the Year.
  • Neil Jenkins, director, internal & digital communications at Coca-Cola Enterprises and IoIC Awards judge
  • Katie Macaulay, MD of AB agency and judge of many industry awards
  • Jo Ann Sweeney, MD of Sweeney Communications and IoIC Awards judge
  • Justine Steveneson, IoIC Awards chair.

What will you get out of this?

A great opportunity to network with fellow IC professionals and pick up some valuable advice for winning industry awards.
