How IC professionals can best manage the impact of major change in times of uncertainty is the theme of this year’s Insight Seminar on 10 November in London.
There will be insights and guidance from Minerva Engagement who will share their post-Brexit research and explore the change journey, the emotional and behavioural impact of change and uncertainty and how IC professionals can influence the outcome.
This will be followed by case studies including Laura Ferguson, head of people engagement and change at BG Group, outlining the challenges of keeping 5,000 employees in 70 countries engaged, informed and motivated to deliver during the takeover by Shell this year.
The event will take place at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel in Bloomsbury, 12.00 - 17.00.
The cost for members is £199 + VAT (including the Communicator of the Year lunch and ICON Awards), and £299 for non-members.
