IoIC is thrilled to pledge its support for TAKE PRIDE, a book that presents a philosophy and model aimed at making work better for everyone.

At IoIC we are committed to demonstrating the purpose and impact of internal communication, a profession that aims to create an informed, engaged and connected workforce to drive organisational performance. The PRIDE model, created by IoIC Fellow, Sheila Parry, offers a refreshing new approach that raises the value of our activities by moving the whole topic of employee engagement further up the management agenda and showing organisations how to create an authentic and energetic workplace.

We will also be launching a new full day Masterclass in Spring 2018, TAKE PRIDE: how to build organisational performance through people, as part of our ongoing thought leadership and professional developement programmes. So watch this space!
