Six internal communicators have been appointed to the IoIC Board, bringing skills and experience from a range of sectors and organisations to help advance the Institute’s work.

IoIC_logo.jpgThe experts were voted on to the board from a shortlist of 15 exceptional candidates.

Five join the board for the first time: Helen Deverell, Kirsty Bowen, Jan Fitzgerald, Tiffany Watson and Joanna Parsons. Their diverse knowledge covers the consultancy, public sector, financial services, transport and telecommunications sectors. Existing Board member, Andy Holt, is reappointed to the Board to serve another three-year term.

Suzanne Peck, president of IoIC, said: “It’s exciting to expand our Board with such a wealth of talent, and with people who are demonstrating their passion for advancing internal communication. They join our existing Board and will be vital in helping us to achieve our priorities over the next few years.”

The IoIC Board guides the strategic direction of the Institute and represents the voice and needs of our membership, making sure we continue to meet the needs of our growing profession and delivering internal communication to the highest standards.
