A second speaker has been announced for IoIC’s Insight seminar on how IC professionals can best manage the impact of major change with clear, confident – and effective – communication.

Laura Ferguson, head of people engagement and change at BG Group, will also be outlining the challenges of keeping 5,000 employees in 70 countries engaged, informed, and motivated to deliver business as usual during the takeover by Shell this year.
There will be insights and guidance from Minerva Engagement who will share their post-Brexit research and explore the change journey, the emotional and behavioural impact of change and uncertainty and how IC professionals can influence the outcome.
This year’s Insight seminar is focusing on how communicators can be bold in times of uncertainty especially post-Brexit, supporting organisations in preventing a downward spiral of anxiety and fear impacting on business performance.
