Webinar: Making internal communication measurement easy

Measuring and demonstrating the business value of internal communication is our professions Achilles’ heel, yet it really shouldn’t be.

Broadcast: Thursday 04 October 2018

In a recent IoIC members survey, 37% of respondents said they wanted more support with measurement and evaluation, making this the second most requested topic. Our reasons for not measuring communication are plentiful; it’s a complex issue.  Or are we just making excuses and making a mountain out of a molehill?

Listening and measuring effectiveness is a core competence on the IoIC Profession Map, so individually we should be confident and skillful in this area. We also owe it to ourselves, colleagues, employers and the IC profession to work effectively and add value to the organisations we work for.  Measurement is the only way we can truly demonstrate that.

So let’s blow our inner critics, lack of knowledge and all the myths on measurement into the aeons of history and overcome this beast!
