BACKGROUND
Voyage Care is a sector-leading care provider with over 30 years’ experience of specialist care and support. Throughout the UK, its 10,500-strong workforce support 3,500 people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and other complex needs.
The internal comms team at Voyage Care is made up of four members of staff, all of whom are responsible for creating and sharing engaging comms. It was formed around three years ago, and is working to inspire a culture change, giving Voyage Care colleagues a sense of belonging to the wider company.
The team produce Zest, Voyage Care’s company magazine, in partnership with internal communications agency Words&Pictures (W&P). The magazine showcases good news stories, need-to-know information and fun activities, bringing the pillars and values of the company to life for every person who works for, or is supported by, Voyage Care in the UK.
