Nationwide is the world's largest building society. It’s owned by, and run for, its 15 million members, and is committed to doing the right thing by them.

Nationwide has just over 18,000 employees. Its head office is in Swindon, and it has administration centres and call centres across the UK. As a result of the pandemic, however, the majority of employees now work from home.

Because of its influence in the world, Nationwide believes it has a social responsibility to make a stand for a better society and to raise awareness of the impact that both disrespect and respect can have on every single person within communities and the workplace.
