In this webinar, we where joined by Laura Jones, Intranet Manager at The Co-operative Bank who shared how the leading ethical bank launched a new intranet to 3,500 staff and then used it to support the organization’s transition to hybrid working.
Before The Co-operative Bank launched their modern intranet, “The Buzz”, employees spent their time accessing up to four different platforms in a day to find the information they needed. In this entertaining and faced-past talk, Laura discussed the challenges she faced when uncovering employee needs, managing change and leading this digital transformation project to create a platform that surfaced relevant content for every employee.
Laura also focused on how “The Buzz” supports The Co-operative Bank in its goal to be the UK's best-rated high street bank for ESG and outlined how future features and functionality will enhance the Bank’s employee experience.
