Our mission is to highlight the critical role of the internal communications profession in times of profound change.

As COVID-19 continues to cause disruption and uncertainty, it’s accelerated a range of trends that were already beginning to transform how we work.

The shape and nature of how we work will look very different by the end of the 2020s. One thing we know for sure however is that world-class communication, delivered with clarity, is crucial in times of both crisis and transformative change.

Understanding what’s changing and why is integral to building a world-class internal communication strategy.
