Steve, Senior Manager of Communication Channels at Virgin Atlantic, has a wealth of experience when it comes to the implementation of a range of digital tools, including the Office 365 suite and Workplace by Facebook. When Steve joined Virgin three years ago, 70% of their disparate workforce didn’t don’t have access to a work laptop, IT had recently invested in Microsoft 365 but on no one knew what to do with it and employees didn’t feel connected to Virgin’s values; an issue that boiled down to inefficient communication channels. So Steve and his team set about changing this and now, employees can locate the information they need to do their jobs quickly and easily while also sharing their ideas, thoughts and feedback and building quality work relationships with colleagues and managers.
