As the only professional body dedicated to internal communication in the UK, we exist to help organisations and people succeed through promoting internal communication of the highest standard.

From next year any company employing more than 250 people will need to publish pay gap data, following the launch of Government draft regulations.

The new regulations are expected to come into force in October 2016, meaning organisations will have to publish initial data by April 30, 2017.

Companies will have to publish pay gap figures calculating the mean (average) and the median, the number which falls directly in the middle of all slaary figures when placed in numerical order, lowest to highest.
