Andrea Henry is a senior leader specialising in leadership, talent and organisational performance, with over a decade of experience helping complex organisations build the capability and culture they need to perform.
She works with senior leaders to turn organisational priorities and data into practical solutions. Her experience spans infrastructure, technology and global consumer brands, including Network Rail, Spotify and Collinson. Andrea has worked across organisations of up to 40,000 employees and global environments spanning 17 countries, partnering with executive teams to understand organisational challenges, design interventions and deliver change at scale.
Andrea has worked with culture specialists to design a frontline behaviours programme, initially rolled out across the largest region and receiving positive feedback, with plans for wider national and industry rollout. Previously, she worked as a Press Officer for London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, managed crisis communications for Grenfell and set up the internal communications function at Collinson.
