Earlier in the day, you’ll hear a summary of the findings from the soon-to-be-released IC Index – unique research undertaken in partnership between the IoIC and Ipsos Karian & Box, which explores the impact of internal communication on UK employees and how we can drive strategic value to organisations.
In this session, you’ll have a chance to hear more about the research, ask questions and discuss how you can put the findings into action in your organisation.
Susanna leads the IK&B team of internal communication and behaviour change consultants. She works with clients across a broad range of sectors in the IC research and strategic advisory space and also partners with clients on campaign work.
She leads the work on the IC Index in close collaboration with the IoIC.
