In this case study session, Colin Archer will reflect on two major change and transformationprojects at Spirax Group, involving the closure of one site and significant changes in another, with associated redundancies.
Through this process, the focus on communication was how to best equip line managers and leaders to support them in communicating the changes to those impacted. Colin will reflect on the lessons learned about announcing difficult changes in a respectful way – what worked well, and what didn’t go according to plan!
