When The Wernick Group launched Vision 2030, its first ever long-term strategy, the ambition was bold: become the partner of choice in every sector it serves and double turnover.
But a strategy only works if every colleague understands it, believes in it and knows their part in delivering it. For a 90-year-old, family-owned business with around 900 colleagues across six businesses and 39 locations, that was a serious internal communication challenge with 60% of colleagues having no PC access, working in factories, depots, on the road and at client sites.
Enthuse designed an internal communication programme for Wernick built around a 10-month CEO roadshow, reaching all 39 locations from Inverness-shire to Cornwall with genuine two-way dialogue. Ensuring the Vision could reach everyone, regardless of digital access.
