What you will cover
The fundamentals of internal communication practice, aligned to the IOIC Profession Map at level one. The role of internal communication, channels, audiences, measurement, writing and the practical skills that make the difference between communication that lands and communication that does not.

This qualification gives you the theoretical grounding, the research skills and the postgraduate credential that reflects the seniority of your work.
What you will cover
Strategic internal communication, organisational behaviour, research methods, communication theory and a highly practical research project. Aligned to levels three and four of the IOIC Profession Map, focused on how internal communication shapes organisation performance.

Applicants without a first degree will be considered on the basis of professional experience. Required to undertake an additional step in the application process.
