We are delighted to announce the winners of the 2025 IoIC Awards
In a night of inspiration and celebration, over 400 internal communication professionals came together on Thursday 18 September at one of London's most exclusive venues - The Hurlingham Club - to celebrate the winners of the IoIC Awards 2025.
Our Awards Chair, Justine Stevenson and IoIC’s Chief Exec Jennifer Sproul were delighted to welcome everyone to the sold out Dinner where the Awards marked 70 years of championing excellence in internal communication. With close to 300 entries this year, the Judges commented that "there's some truly outstanding internal communication work happening out there, from incredibly skilled individuals and teams."
Jennifer started off the evening's proceedings looking towards the future: "As we mark 70 years of the IoIC Awards, it’s clear that internal communication is not standing still. The future of our profession is human-led and technology-enabled, built on connection, collaboration, and creating real value for people and organisations. And our future will be shaped by the positive difference we make and the impact we deliver together. This year’s Award entries show exactly what happens when we get this right. It’s a true privilege to lead your Institute and to shine a light on the amazing work you do everyday."
Justine remarked on the legacy of the Awards and on how presiding over them - and being part of the internal communication community - makes her so proud: "For seven decades, these Awards have shone a spotlight on the individuals and teams driving connection, clarity, and change within organisations. As practitioners, we've continued to innovate, evolve and support one another - and tonight is our moment to reflect, recognise, and rejoice in that. This combination of outstanding work and the support we give each other as a community is what makes me so proud to preside over these Awards."
Class winners' trophies were handed out, along with the Grand Prix Award winner was the pinnacle of the evening. This top trophy went to: National Grid - Big Work by Goldbug & National Grid
It was a night of reflection, recognition and rejoicing – marking history while embracing the future. Congratulations to all the winners.
