The Empowered Communicator Coaching Programme

This unique coaching and development programme is designed to empower communicators with the mindset, tools, support and practices they need to unlock their inner confidence and natural potential.

Programme Overview

The Empowered Communicator is a coaching and personal development programme designed to build deep self-awareness and self-belief, enabling internal communicators to show up as confident, influential and resilient leaders.

Grounded in the belief that we perform at our best when we understand and fully harness our natural strengths, the programme supports participants to step up in authentic and sustainable ways - now and for the future.

Participants develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others, exploring the impact of language and behaviour, how to create psychologically safe cultures, and how to influence with confidence and authority.

Through guided coaching and practical application, participants identify and overcome limiting beliefs, unhelpful habits and self-criticism, strengthening resilience, focus and effectiveness.

Delivered over five months, the programme combines group coaching calls, self-reflection, self-paced learning, personal assessments, and practical exercises. Together, these elements build the mindset, tools and habits needed to operate as trusted, strategic communication advisors and leaders.

The programme also offers a powerful opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded professionals, fostering shared learning, collaboration and peer support.

How will you benefit?

This programme will enable participants to unlock the Profession Map behaviours for and within themselves, particularly empowerment, empathy, curiosity, tenacity, creativity, adaptability and trust.

By the end of the programme participants will:

  • develop deeper self-awareness to understand and appreciate their natural qualities and abilities so they feel willing and able to step up into their next level self in sustainable and authentic ways
  • via a TalentPredix™ assessment, identify and better understand their unique strengths, motivators, and values, helping to enhance performance, career development, wellbeing, and engagement at work.
  • develop a deeper understanding of other people and how cultures and group behaviours are influenced and formed
  • build and sustain personal confidence, compassion and belief in themselves so they can take courageous, aligned action
  • understand the power of words and behaviour and their role in influencing others and creating psychologically safe cultures
  • develop personalised strategies to manage and overcome limiting beliefs, unhelpful habits and critical self-talk to feel more resilient, empowered and productive
  • establish and embody practices that support their physical, emotional and mental resilience so they can enjoy a healthier state of mind and body and calmer, more fulfilled life.
Who is the course for?

The coaching programme is designed, and will be most ideal, for Communication Professionals at mid to senior level, with a minimum three years' experience especially if they:

  • hold themselves back in their career because they don’t feel good enough
  • feel their career progress has plateaued
  • struggle to speak up, share their expertise or influence with confidence
  • have an overactive inner critic affecting their levels of productivity or self-belief
  • doubt, dismiss or cannot appreciate their capabilities and expertise
  • find it difficult to set and honour boundaries meaning they take on too much, people please or feel stressed and overwhelmed
  • desire to understand and unlock their unique and natural capabilities and potential so they can enjoy a more fulfilling career and life
  • wish to feel more valued, respected and recognised.

The programme is most suitable for those working at Level Two and above of the Profession Map.

How is the course delivered?

The programme is designed to run over five months with a reflection break over the summer.

There will be five integrated components to the programme:

  • Group calls
Through group calls delegates will benefit from peer-to-peer support, accountability, knowledge sharing, spotlight coaching using Cognitive Behavioural coaching techniques, masterminding and Q&A.
  • Strengths and values insight
Delegates complete the TalentPredix™ assessment to identify and better understand their unique strengths, motivators and values. These insights provide a personalised foundation for the programme, supporting performance, career development, wellbeing and engagement at work.
  • Self-reflection
True transformation starts with self-reflection. Using insights from the TalentPredix™ assessment alongside journalling, questioning techniques and guided reflection, delegates gain deeper self-awareness and appreciation. This understanding extends into greater empathy for others, enabling stronger relationships, connection and influence.
  • Self-paced online learning
On-demand learning explores behavioural conditioning, habit and belief formation, helping delegates understand what drives them and how to build confidence, resilience and empowerment.
  • Practical application
Targeted exercises and real-world challenges translate insight into action. Delegates build self-awareness and self-belief, challenge limiting beliefs and apply learning to feel more empowered at work, at home and in their relationships.
