Professional Standards

IoIC exists to help organisations and people succeed through promoting internal communication of the highest standards. We provide a Code of Conduct setting out the professional behaviours expected of our members.  We support the work of the internal communication profession through our ethical guidance. We help internal communicators identify the key knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve our core purpose through our Profession Map. 

Code of Conduct

The IoIC’s Code of Conduct is a statement of commitment to the highest standards of professional behaviour and sets an expectation to members to be the best they can be – today and in the future
