For 2026, the Festival moves to a new venue set within 121 acres of woodland and parkland - Warbrook House.
Once envisioned and crafted by the architect John James as his own residence, Warbrook House Estate was completed in 1727 and stands as a Grade I listed gem of early 18th-century design. The estate has been lovingly restored and repurposed in into a distinguished venue whilst honouring its architectural roots - offering the perfect blend of stately elegance and serene countryside.
There are great transport links. You can catch a train from London Waterloo to Fleet station and arrive in 40 minutes, the hotel is a short taxi journey from the station. You can plan your rail journey and get live train running times, accessibility, and facility info on Trainline.
If you are planning to drive, Warbrook sits near the Berkshire–Hampshire border with convenient road access off major routes (M3 / M4 corridors). There is plenty of free, on-site parking. Gocompare, have designed a fuel price calculator and guidance to help drivers plan ahead for any journey and cut down on fuel use.
All the rooms in which the Festival is taking place are all either ground level or on the first floor, with ramp access.
In response to feedback, we have chosen a venue with more onsite accommodation that ever before. We have an exclusive rate with Warbrook, details of how to book will be sent when you book your pass. There are also many local hotels.
Set in a beautiful location, this truly felt like a festival, not a conference. I left feeling energised, inspired, and proud to be part of this evolving profession.
