Jennifer Sproul
Jennifer is responsible for the leadership of IoIC, the only independent professional body solely dedicated to internal communication. IoIC is the voice of internal communication, setting standards for more than 70 years through qualifications, career development, thought leadership and best practice.
Prior to joining IoIC, Jennifer has worked for over 20 years in professional associations, most recently as Strategic Marketing & Sales Director at the Market Research Society, developing and leading on activities across marketing communications (both internal & external), careers, membership, professional development and publishing.

Rebecca Nicholls
Here at the IoIC, I am responsible for the management and coordination of all events, managing our Awards programme and looking after our networks, which includes our fantastic volunteers. Prior to joining the IoIC I spent 13 years managing internal comms across many sectors.
Outside of work, most of my time (and my non-working day, Tuesday) is spent looking after my two children. I love going to the cinema, am an avid exerciser and really enjoy a podcast.

Rob Jones
Rob Jones is co-founder and content director of creative agency Artful Dog. He has more than 20 years’ experience in internal comms – writing and editing articles and publications, online content, reports and other campaign materials, and supporting clients with their IC strategies. He is the editor of IoIC’s membership magazine, Voice.
