Awards Dinner 2025

We're looking forward to celebrating great internal communication.

Due to unprecedented demand, online bookings for the IoIC Awards dinner are closed.

As we are now manually processing requests, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

The IoIC Awards Dinner 2025 is on Thursday 18 September, at one of London's most exclusive venues - The Hurlingham Club.

Set in 42 acres of immaculate grounds on the banks of the Thames, this private members' club is not typically open to the public. Attending the dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience its historic charm and exclusivity - ensuring we mark the 70th year of the Awards with inspiration and celebration.

The Hurlingham Club has hosted royalty, dignitaries, and global influencers, known as the “spiritual home of polo” it has been a cultural hub for over 150 years. Although tucked away in lush surroundings, the Club is just minutes from Central London - easily accessible by public transport and car. You can find transport information on their website and can download a list of local, discounted hotels. You can also use Transport for London's (TfL) Journey Planner to plan your journey to and from the event.

Timings are being finalised but we anticipate there will be a drinks reception from 6pm, with dinner starting promptly at 7pm and all awards should be given out by 10pm, followed by a disco that closes at 1am. Dress code is evening wear, black tie optional.

For 2025 we are freezing member prices.
