The IoIC Awards 2025 shortlist has been announced!

All shortlisted entrants will receive an Award of Excellence and are in the running to take the top spot in their class when the winners are announced at the Awards Dinner.

Join us on Thursday 18 September for an evening at the exclusive Hurlingham Club, where tradition meets distinction. Set against the backdrop of one of London’s most exclusive venues, we will mark the 70th year of the Awards with inspiration and celebration. As a private members' club, the Hurlingham is not typically open to the public. Attending the dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience its historic charm and exclusivity - making the evening even more special.

Individual member places are £305 plus VAT (frozen from 2024)

Non-member places are £365 plus VAT

Tables of 10 are £3,000 plus VAT

This year we continue to offer a 10% discount for not for profit/public sector places - please use code N4P10 at checkout to receive this discount.

Timings are being finalised but we anticipate there will be a drinks reception from 6pm, with dinner starting promptly at 7pm and all awards should be given out by 10pm, followed by a disco that closes at 1am. Dress code is evening wear, black tie optional.

All places include a drink reception, 3 course meal, half a bottle of wine per person and coffee/tea with petit fours. Once again, we will also have an online Book of the Night, where you'll be able to read why the entries were shortlisted and some comments from the judges.

To book, please add the number of the particular ticket you would like in the box, then add the names of the others attending, if you know them (you may have to manually put the number of tickets in the 'your guests box') - if you do not yet know all names please tick the 'anonymous' box. For tables of 10 please also tick the 'Multiple dinner guests - Table of 10' box to add names - you can tick 'anonymous' if you are unsure of names.

Previous years have been known to sell out so book now to avoid disappointment! Bookings will close at 5pm on Monday 8 September. 

Please note: If you book after 15 August and request to pay via invoice, this invoice must be paid by 16 September, or we cannot guarantee your place at the dinner.
