With topics ranging from organisational reality and leadership pressure to the future capability internal communication must build, at this year’s Festival you can expect insight and honest challenge.

The programme combines keynote insight, practical workshops and peer-led discussion, balancing big-picture thinking with applied learning. Festival Goers will leave not just with ideas, but with sharper arguments, clearer positioning and practical tools to strengthen credibility and impact inside their organisations.

The Festival retains its flexible, multi-stream format, with sessions running across six areas and more than 60 speakers. Attendees can shape their own experience to feel inspired, empowered and connected.

As well as the planned sessions there will be:

• A Chatty Café - Open all day, this is a relaxed networking hub for meeting peers, hosting app-arranged catch-ups, or taking a quick work call

• Sponsor Areas - Meet our sponsors to engage in some interesting practical demonstrations of what they can offer to support you

• A Quiet Zone - where people can take a moment away from the buzz. Please note this is a zone for contemplation, not work calls
