Fellowship is the highest honour IOIC bestows. It goes to practitioners who have not only demonstrated exceptional expertise across their careers but have given back generously to the wider profession through leadership, mentoring and the advancement of internal communication practice.

"What always stands out with IOIC Fellowship applicants is just how high the bar really is," said Suzanne Peck, President Emeritus and chair of the Fellowship board. "Our applicants show real depth, huge credibility, and a genuine passion for pushing internal communication forward. Every application tells a story of impact, generosity, and leadership. It is inspiring to interview them."

For Colin Archer, Head of Communications at Spirax Sarco and a first-time assessment panel member, the experience left a strong impression. "I felt genuinely humbled taking part in these Fellowship interviews. The experience, impact and leadership evident across the candidates was exceptional, but what stayed with me most was their humility. It reinforced my belief that this is a profession full of deep expertise and wonderful people who care about making a real difference."

The nine new Fellows join a growing community of practitioners who help set the global standard for internal communication.
