Level Up is an Internal Communications consultancy specialising in bespoke training, coaching, mentoring and strategy-to-execution solutions.
After 15 years working in-house for major brands in book publishing, news, media, finance and academia, I founded Level Up Communications in 2026 to offer consultancy to internal communications teams and help them to improve, innovate and deliver for their stakeholders.
