Hi - I'm Susan, Director and Founder. I specialise in leading communications and engagement through change programmes, leadership transitions and departmental transformation, with a track record spanning financial services, professional services, technology and real estate.

What sets my approach apart is a background that goes beyond messaging: having led workplace experience as well as communications functions directly, I understand how colleagues actually experience change — not just what they're told about it. That means strategies built around real behaviour and sentiment, not just the comms plan.
