This programme provided a fantastic introduction to the world of Internal Comms, and was delivered in a clear and refreshing way that allowed me to apply my learnings in real time to my specific role and career. I particularly valued the weekly discussions with peers from a very wide range of backgrounds in the profession. Eleanor's insightful facilitation also provided me with excellent guidance towards getting exactly what I needed from the course (which was a better foundational understanding of internal comms) and more!
Oluseun Stancombe

Great course, really informative, gives you an opportunity to think about your own approach to internal comms as well as providing useful models.

I enrolled for the IOIC Fast Track as I was keen to develop my skills in IC and learn from other industry professionals. I've worked as an IC manager for almost two years now and the course not only offered valuable practical advice, but gave me renewed sense of confidence in my own abilities along with a fresh perspective to how I approach my role.
Eleanor, our coach, was fantastic and encouraged open conversation and sharing in an inclusive, welcoming space.
If you're considering exploring learning through the IOIC, I'd absolutely recommend the Fast Track course.
